Fully automated assembly systems

Fully automated assembly systems are used where high cycle rates and complex assembly tasks are required.

 

They have the highest degree of integration. All necessary components are processed by automatic feeding systems.

Processing and at the same time monitoring of the prescribed process data is executed automatically. All relevant customer data can be archived depending on customer’s requirement. All components are automatically removed from the plant and deposited separately according to the test result.

Although the plants are fully automated, skilled personnel is absolutely essential for the operation of the plants. The high degree of integration as well as the influence of tolerances of the different components may cause errors during the individual processes.

These errors can only be removed by skilled personnel. Normal operation of the plants as well as filling of reservoirs can be executed by the machine operator.
